HI I'M DAVE MCKEOWN
I help leaders achieve the extraordinary by elevating their focus and aligning their teams.
I am the author of The Self-Evolved Leader and a sought after keynote speaker, leadership trainer and growth advisor.
I'm probably most proud of the fact that my work has been endorsed by some of the world's foremost leadership experts including Marshall Goldsmith, Michael Bungay Stanier and Nancy Duarte.
I've had the honor of speaking at countless events including at the Inc. 5000 and Growco conferences, at Bank of America, for the British Government, Entrepreneur's Organization, Bamboo HR, and Foodbuy.
Over the years I've worked with incredible leaders at organizations like Spectrum Health, Renewal by Andersen, Akamai, Salesforce, Fedex, Google, the New York Stock Exchange and many smaller, fast-growing organizations.
I host an irregularly scheduled podcast 'Lead Like you Give a Damn' and write a column for Inc.Com.
I grew up in Belfast, from Northern Ireland and after circumnavigating the globe a couple of times, I traded in the rain for the sunshine of Southern California where I now live.
